I require a fullbody, unshaded Reference Sheet. If you cannot provide one I am unlikely to accept your commission, the only exception is if you are commissioning a Reference Sheet or a Custom.

I try to only take up to five commissions at a time to aim for a 1-5 week turn around, this depends on the commission type and complexity

We will discuss the commission details to confirm pricing of overall commission.

Please check commission prices and properly, and fully fill out the commission form.

During the sketch phase i will make as many changes as you ask, after sketch phase no changes will be made to the pose or/and the background.

If any changes are wanted after completion of commission you have five days to ask for the changes with a 5$ fee.

Will do my best to send updates on every step of your commission, if you do not like sometime please be upfront as no changes are allowed after final sketch.

Commissions are only for personal use, DO NOT resell for merchandise.

Buyer does not have permission to sell/mint commission(s) as an NFT or submit to AI.

I retain all rights to the finished commissioned work and may post or use it for examples or to share to any of my medias.

After purchase, the design and thus the oc belongs to whoever I have given/sold them to.

I will still be the creator and be credited for the design: don't claim yourself to be the maker of the design.

I will retain the right to use the design to showcase my design-skills, however I cannot sell the design, give it away or claim it as my own oc after it has been sold/given to you.

You can alter the design a bit, but it should stay semi-recognisable to the original design you bought! (You can redesign the clothes, color pallet, traits and even the species of my adopts! but avoid making them unrecognizable.)

Free adopts: You can give these away later. You can give these away for free. You can give these away in exchange for art/designs. Do not give these away for money UNLESS it has extra art value.

You are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit in any way.

You are not allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for profit, the use of is only valid for personal projects and limited sales.

You can make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the character you have purchased, so long as they are made in limited quantity, and the art is YOUR OWN art, or art purchased from another user with explicit permission from them to use their art in such a way.
